He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and focuses on family law, divorce, custody, separation agreements, personal injury law, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents and insurance bad faith.

Mr. Fisher is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association and its Family Law and Litigation Sections, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. He’s been featured in the Denver Business Journal, the Denver Post, Fox31/Channel 2 and has been named multiple years in Colorado SuperLawyers.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Mr. Fisher is an Army veteran himself and strong advocate for Colorado’s veteran community. He is a past-board-member of the Denver Fisher House Foundation, a charity that provides housing for military, veterans and their families while they recieve care at the VA hospital. Additionally, Mr. Fisher is a current life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW Post 1, in Denver.

Mr. Fisher enjoys camping, hiking, collecting antique books and riding his motorcycle. He routinely does long-distance tours on his bike throughout the West and Midwest. He’s a fixture in the Colorado motorcycle community where he is well-known for teaching rider safety courses for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. His passion for riding filters over to his other interests, so you will likely see him at motorcycle rallies that support veteran causes and any ride that’s raising funds to help children.
